Accessibility

Our goal

We want every parent, guardian, and teacher to be able to use Study Tutor, and every child to be able to work on its worksheets. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on our website.

What we do on the website

• Readable type, strong color contrast, and layouts that work on phones, tablets, and computers, and when zoomed to 200%.
• Keyboard access with a visible focus outline on every link, button, and form field.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels on form fields and buttons.
• Animations that turn off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Large tap targets on the “mark mistakes” screen, designed to be used with one hand.

What we do on the worksheets

• Black and white, high-contrast designs that print clearly on any home printer.
• Large, simple fonts and generous space to write, especially for younger grades.
• Answer keys on a separate page, so an adult can read problems aloud and check work.
• Levels set per subject, so a child can work where they are without a grade printed on the page.

Known limitations

Printable PDFs are designed for paper and may not be fully usable with a screen reader. If you need a worksheet in another format — larger print, a different layout, or text you can read aloud — email us and we'll do our best to help.
