Children's Privacy (COPPA)

1. Children don't use the website

Study Tutor is designed for parents, guardians, and teachers. Children do not create accounts, sign in, chat, upload anything, or give us information online. Children use Study Tutor on paper: an adult prints the worksheets.

2. What an adult tells us about a child

To make packets at the right level, the adult who owns the account may enter, for each child:

• A first name or nickname (printed on the child's worksheets).
• An age.
• A working level in math and in reading & writing.
• A few interests, chosen from a list (like “dinosaurs” or “soccer”).
• The question numbers the child missed, as marked by the adult after checking a packet.

That's all. We never ask for a child's last name, photo, voice, school, address, email, phone number, or date of birth, and the product has no place to enter them. We don't collect any information from the child's device, because the child doesn't use one with our service.

3. How we use it

Only to make and adjust that child's worksheets and to show the adult a progress page. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy that host and run Study Tutor.

The child's name is never sent to an AI provider. AI tools, when used, receive only the skill, level, and a theme; our server adds the name only when printing the PDF.

4. Parental control: review, change, or delete

The adult who created the account is always in control and can, at any time:

• Review everything about the child on the dashboard and progress pages, or download it all from the Account page.
• Change the child's name, age, levels, and interests on the Edit page.
• Delete the account, which permanently removes every child profile, packet, marked mistake, and PDF.
• Ask us to delete a specific child's information, or ask any question, by emailing support@thestudytutor.online.

We'll act on a request within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Deleted information also drops out of our rolling backups within 8 weeks.

5. Teachers and schools

If you use Study Tutor with students, add only first names or nicknames, and use it in line with your school's policies. A school may act on behalf of parents for educational use; if a parent asks you what is stored about their child, you can show them the progress page or download the data from your Account page.

6. If you think we have information we shouldn't

If you believe a child has somehow given us information directly, or that we hold information about your child without your permission, email support@thestudytutor.online. We'll delete it promptly.
