Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the Plan page in your account — no phone call, no email needed. After you cancel, your plan won't renew, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
2. 14-day guarantee on your first payment
If Study Tutor isn't right for your family, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
3. Monthly plans
The Family monthly plan ($19.90/month) renews each month. Apart from the 14-day guarantee on your first payment, we don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month you've started — cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
4. Annual plans
The Family annual plan ($199/year) renews once a year. You can get a full refund within 14 days of the first annual payment, and also within 14 days of each yearly renewal if you forgot to cancel.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@thestudytutor.online from the address on your account, and tell us which payment you'd like refunded. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which sends the refund back to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Something went wrong?
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a packet didn't work, tell us — we'll make it right, including refunds outside the windows above when the problem was ours.
7. Free plan and free worksheets
The free sample packet and the free worksheet library cost nothing and don't need a refund.
